I born in japan. Rice is the staple food of the Japanese.
Normally, I purchase rice,organic or rice cultivated with a reduced amount of
agricultural chemicals.
I always take both of white rice and brown rice.
When I cook Chirashi-sushi,Fried rice,Rice omelet,rice with curry,
I use white rice.
I eat brown rice with the side dish except it.
Of course I also ate bread,noodles(soba,somen,pasta,chineese noodle,etc),and so on.
